Mama4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mama4d platform by all registered users. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the mama4d platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms apply to all users of the mama4d platform, including visitors, registered users, and those accessing the platform via mobile app or any other device. Continued use of the platform following the enforcement of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The mama4d platform is an online entertainment service available only to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access mama4d's full range of services, you are required to register and maintain an active account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, and any other required details. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of existing balances.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential at all times.
- Do not share your login credentials with any other party, including family members or friends.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account or have lost your password, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Mama4d will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Stay alert against any phishing or fraudulent attempts.
3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the mama4d platform agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment. Using the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the mama4d platform:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the systems, servers, or networks associated with the platform in any way.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or harmful to other users or the reputation of the platform.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, including registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus.
- Sharing your account or allowing any other party to use your account for betting, gaming, or any financial transactions.
Mama4d reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of violating these rules, including immediate account suspension without prior notice and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the mama4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds before making any deposit.
Mama4d supports a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers and e-wallets available in Malaysia. Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the current status of the relevant payment system.
- Deposit: All successful deposits are automatically credited to your account and cannot be reversed once processed.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed in accordance with established verification procedures. mama4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit.
- Failed transactions: If a transaction fails due to a technical error or network issue, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction within 24 hours for further investigation.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations related to winnings or transactions conducted through this platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Mama4d is not liable for any charges, penalties, or losses arising from the use of a particular payment method or delays caused by third parties involved in transaction processing. Users are advised to verify all transaction details before confirming any payment.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Mama4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasonable cause, including breach of terms, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request. All suspension and account closure decisions are final and remain at mama4d's sole discretion.
Grounds that may result in account suspension or closure include the following:
- Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document, whether intentional or otherwise.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information during or after the registration process.
- Actions that compromise the security, integrity, reputation, or overall operation of the platform.
- User requests to voluntarily close their account through official support channels.
If your account is suspended due to suspected fraud or a breach of terms, mama4d reserves the right to hold any account balance until the investigation is fully concluded. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account will have all eligible balances returned upon completion of identity verification and any relevant investigation. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period are also subject to mama4d's inactive account management policy, which may be applied at any time at mama4d's discretion.
6. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, and other materials on the mama4d platform are the exclusive property of mama4d or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from mama4d. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in appropriate legal action.
Limitation of Liability
The mama4d platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its suitability, reliability, or the accuracy of information it contains. mama4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, service interruptions, or inaccurate information. Users access this platform entirely at their own risk and are responsible for exercising sound judgment in every action taken.

The mama4d platform may contain references or links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. mama4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security practices, or accuracy of information on any such third-party websites. Mama4d reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
